Jill Welch Photography specializes in exquisite, creative portraiture of families, seniors, and children, and artistic journalistic coverage of weddings and events. We also provide high quality business head shots and photography for sports teams and day cares. Each session is unique because every client is one of a kind!
Weddings are a grand event and we invest a great deal of time and energy into every couple who chooses Jill Welch Photography to document one of the most important days of their lives. We take over 2000 photographs at every wedding, and hand edit the best of the best for a creative, artistic presentation that always thrills the couple when they see their pictures for the first time. Most couples choose a leather or photo front keepsake album and a canvas gallery wrap portrait of the bride and groom to display in their home. We have photographed weddings at the Rivermill Event Center, the Columbus Marriott, numerous churches and private homes in the area, and are looking forward to working with Macon’s Place in Cataula, GA, Lake Pines Event Center in Columbus, and Pine Mountain Club Resort.
Our seniors enjoy a personalized session that is designed around their personalities, hobbies, and interests. And they have so much fun! Even the boys begin to “work” the camera after a few minutes. Seniors and their parents are delighted with the finished images and products, including announcements, keepsake albums, prints on metal and metallic paper, beautiful canvas wrap portraits, and large and small gift prints for everyone who has been a part of their lives. Awesome hair and make up services are provided by Brittany Nicole for a small fee.
Families and babies are so much fun, and we photograph on location all around Columbus for that custom look. Sessions are held at Columbus Botanical Garden, Downtown Columbus GA, Flat Rock Park, the Columbus Riverwalk, and a host of other locations. Sometimes indoor or studio photography is most appropriate and we are most happy to hold sessions indoors in your home or the downtown Rankin Arts Center.
We love children, and always look forward to photographing sports teams and day cares. Many packages and products are available including posters, coffee mugs, mouse pads, trading cards, magnets, and even Christmas ornaments with your child’s sports or school picture on them.
